Commit to Connect hosted a webinar on social connection and housing among older adults and people with disabilities. During the webinar, the American Association of Service Coordinators (AASC) discussed the critical role housing plays in supporting social connections and how organizations can partner with housing communities to promote social engagement. Attendees also heard from Front Porch and Our Stomping Ground on best practices to promote connection and inclusivity for all populations through housing.
