By accessing or using Viddler Encore, LLC ("Viddler"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
Viddler Encore, LLC provides a platform for video hosting and monetization through a view-based funding model. Our services allow users to:
- Upload and share videos
- Fund videos to enable viewing
- Collect funding for content
- Manage video distribution
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update this information to keep it accurate and current.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Viddler Encore, LLC. However, by uploading content, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our services.
You must not upload content that:
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains illegal material
- Violates our content policies
- Promotes harmful or discriminatory behavior
5. Funding and Payments
Our platform uses a view-based funding model. By funding a video, you are paying for a set number of views that can be consumed by anyone watching the video.
All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate our terms, at our sole discretion. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your content and funding.
7. Copyright and DMCA Policy
Viddler Encore, LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law.
If you believe that your content has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
We reserve the right to remove content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you. In appropriate circumstances, we will also terminate a user's account if they are determined to be a repeat infringer.

8. Limitation of Liability
