Congratulations to Nathan Kuczmarski from Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio. Nathan won 2nd Prize in the High School Central Division of the 2022 C-SPAN StudentCam competition, as well as the "Fan Favorite" award for his documentary on the 1972 Clean Water Act.
