Congratulations to Caden Kawamura & Emerson LaPorta from Long Beach Polytechnic High School in California. The team won 2nd Prize in the High School Western Division of the 2022 C-SPAN StudentCam competition for their documentary on the Department of Housing and Urban Development and local efforts to address homelessness in California.
