Grab a pumpkin. Mark off 4 points at least 5 yards apart from each other. Run with pumpkin to 1st point. Put pumpkin down. Run back to start and touch line. Turn run back to pumpkin. Pick up pumpkin and turn & run back to start. Touch line and turn & run to 2nd point. Put pumpkin down and turn & run back to start. Touch, then turn and run back to pumpkin. Pick up pumpkin and run back to start. Touch start and run to 3rd point. Put pumpkin down and run back to start. Touch and run back to 3rd point. Pick up pumpkin and run back to start. Touch start and turn & run to 4th point. Touch and run back to start. Turn and run back to pumpkin. Pick up Pumpkin and run back to start.
Start over and repeat as many times as you can in 5 minutes.
