Congratulations to Shannon Germaine from Clonlara School in Ann Arbor, Michigan. She has won 2nd Prize in the High School Central Division of the 2022 C-SPAN StudentCam competition for her documentary on the Clean Air Act of 1970 and its effectiveness in battling against climate change.
