When someone comments on a video/photo/blog post the comment should STICK with that video.
Not mentioned in this video: If a piece of content is uploaded on June 07, 2009, the comments should automatically port over to any other site that the same exact content (e.g. video, photos) is uploaded ? even if it's a year later.
