May 10th about 9pm our phone system crashed,major #FAIL. We were unable to get service re-established. AT&T came out on Monday and diagnosed the failure as component related, thus we needed a new phone system.Ricardo Trinidad from Telcom-Data dispatched a tech to my store in about 30 minutes. He was able to get us one phone line up and running. Today Tuesday May 12th he crew is installing a new phone system. I apologize for the headaches and disruptions this caused our customers!
