Area Agencies on Aging quickly transformed many services and programs to remote and virtual delivery to safely meet the increased needs of new and existing clients during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on data from USAging polls of AAAs, presenters will share which changes AAAs expect will stick, which ones won't, and why. AAA staff will describe how they adapted to remote programming. Attendees will learn about a variety of examples and resources to enhance their own remote programs. In this interactive session, participants will break into small groups to share practice and resources with each other and brainstorm next steps for their own agency.
