Commit to Connect is a campaign, launched by the U.S. Administration for Community Living and administered by USAging, to promote social connectedness for community-based older adults, people with disabilities and caregivers. Commit to Connect fosters—t hrough technical assistance, learning and network opportunities, and development of related resources—a nationwide network of champions at the local, state and national levels who are committed to ending social isolation and loneliness.

This webinar will highlight information on a new Intergenerational Community of Practice and how to apply to participate in the Community of Practice. The Community of Practice is geared for organizations delivering or exploring shared programming for youth and older persons. This effort aims to support Commit to Connect goals of building a collaborative network of champions working across the country to end social isolation and loneliness. USAging is hosting the 4-month Community of Practice that will convene virtually from July to October 2022.
