StudentCam is C-SPAN's annual national video documentary competition that encourages students to think critically about issues that affect our communities and our nation. For the 2018 competition, we asked students to choose a provision of the U.S. Constitution and create a video illustrating why it's important to them. StudentCam Documentary submission about students rights in high school. This short film includes perspectives about the Constitutional right to freedom to self expression that students should be guaranteed to whilst in school, and talks about the history of students rights and why they are so important today. This documentary also provides further insight on the recent NFL protests and students exercising their right to free speech.
