Congratulations to Evelyn Shue & Ida Chen from Richard Montgomery High School and Winston Churchill High School in Maryland. The pair won 1st Prize in the High School Eastern Division of the 2022 C-SPAN StudentCam competition for their documentary on the Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974.
