Remember, this playthrough doesn't show ever grinding, dungeon crawling part. Only parts with something interesting happening in them, like a cutscene, a boss, a new enemy type, so yes it will be fairly complete anyways. In part 6 we meet some more Military Men and ambush them. We also come to a camp of rebels we are part of.
