While I was in Buffalo, New York, Jan took me to a bunch of chocolate shops. One of them was Alethea's Chocolates. It's an old house converted into a massive chocolate shop with a chocolate making kitchen/factory at the back.

I was introduced to sponge chocolate. Yummy!
