Congratulations to Jason Boudreaux, Britney Glaser, & Shontenaisha Manuel from College Street Vocational Center in Lake Charles, Louisiana. The trio won 1st Prize in the High School Central Division of the 2022 C-SPAN StudentCam competition for their documentary on the Federal Emergency Management Agency and disaster recovery following Hurricanes Laura and Delta.
