I chose to go through my Lowepro Computrekker AW camera/laptop backpack. I got this backpack when I purchased my Canon 400D a few years ago.
This backpack holds just about my whole life in it. It's perfect for a mobile studio (sans lighting).
It's also great as a carry-on bag for airplanes.
